Day 124 - Half And Half

Exercise
2 mile walk
2.5 mile run
1/2 of P90X - Shoulders and Arms

I tried to run but didn't make it too far,
so even though I didn't have a lot of time I squeezed in some
Shoulders and Arms.

Breakfast
Egg Burrito
(Well, I thought I was going to run 5 miles.)

Lunch
Italian Wedding Soup
An off brand from Fresh & Easy,
it was good but too salty.
I guzzled water the rest of the day.

Snack
Cottage Cheese
Doritos

Dinner
(My camera battery died, so I didn't get the pic.)
Let's see... I had

Grilled Fish
Steamed Vegetables
