Woo Hoo! 50 days and 10 pounds. I'm over being disappointed in the slow pace of my weight loss. It took me over 6 years to gain it; it's not going away overnight. I'll just continue with my running and working out routines. When it gets a little cooler I plan on increasing my mileage by 2-3 mile per run. That will be a huge boost to my fat burning.
My goal is to be 142 pounds on October 29, 2009.
I'm using an iPhone app called Bang Bang Diet to track my progress,
so far I am ahead of schedule.
