Exercise
5.2 mile run
The weather is slightly more agreeable this week.
It makes running a little easier for me and the mutts. I think they suffer more than I do in the heat, they do wear a fur coat after all.
Yesterday I was starting to feel really good around the 4 mile mark and the last mile was a breeze, if it were a little cooler I would have gone on, but I just can't do that to the poor dogs.

It was ok, but I prefer a little protein before working out.

Lean Cuisine Salisbury Steak & Mac N' Cheese
I'll be eating a lot of Lean Cuisine this week because they were on sale AND I had a coupon!

Salad

Dessert
Baked Apple
There was a recipe in the paper yesterday so I tried it out.
It was good and only 325 calories.
