Day 54 - Energized

Exercise
3.6 mile run
P90X - Chest, Shoulders and Triceps

I felt rested and re-charged after taking a day off from working out.
Had a nice little run with the mutts AND an awesome P90X workout too!
Chest, Shoulders and Triceps is my go-to workout right now. With all the running, I really don't want to workout my legs on a non running day, so this workout hits the areas I want to emphasize. Soon I will have nice, shapely shoulders and arms.

The Boars Head "gabagool", as Tony Soprano would call it, is so good.

Seared Sesame-Crusted Ahi

The ahi was awesomely delicous.

Frozen Yogurt
