Why did I make Monday my (official) weigh day? I am almost always heaviest on Mondays because I tend to eat and drink more on the weekends. Doesn't everybody?
This weekend was so bad I didn't even document it.
Oh well, I made my commitment and I'll stick to it.
Goals for the week:
Run: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
P90X: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
Increase my veggie and fruit intake.
Reduce my fat intake.
Lose three pounds.
