P90X - Shoulders and Arms
I've written down the goals I outlined here yesterday on a post-it note and stuck it to my computer so that I wont "forget" what I have planned.
It is staring at me now as I am about to launch into a whiny rant about how sore I am-and it's telling me to just STFU. So I will.

I know chicken wings are not low fat, but I make them as healthy as I can by steaming them in the steamer for a long time to render out as much fat as possible before finishing them in the oven. And, of course, I don't eat the skin.
