Exercise
2.25 mile walk
Just as I predicted, no workout today.
Not because I am sore or tired though.
I really don't feel too well.
I was blaming my upset stomach on the ham I ate at breakfast,
now, (as I write this on Monday) I'm not so sure.

Slice Ham

Lunch
Progresso Barley Beef Soup

Snack
Pear

Dinner
American Sheppard Pie
(Google it, it's good.)
Salad
