2.8 mile jog/walk
P90X - Shoulders, Chest and Triceps
I am still vexed my lower leg/ankle pain when I am running.
Even after several days off I was limping from the get go.
I blame my shoes.
I'll be just walking and doing other workouts until
I can afford to get a better pair of shoes from a real running store where I can be professionally fitted.
Probably not until the end of the month,
I'll make them a birthday present to myself.

Lunch
BBQ Cheeseburger

Dinner
BBQ Ribs
Potato Salad
My husband is on a BBQ kick this weekend. The weather is great so why not?
And of course I don't have to cook. Yay!
