Exercise
P90X - Arms and Shoulders
I certainly took the old eat small, frequent meals adage to heart yesterday,
I nibbled all day and half the night.
But I'm OK with that.

Daisy and Dude asked nicely, but I didn't share because
Daisy is highly allergic to wheat and grain products.
