Day 92 - Carb Cravings

Exercise
P90X - Chest, Shoulders & Triceps

I love this workout!
I was a little weak on my push-ups because
I am a lazy shit and have not been doing much upper body lately,
but overall it was a great workout.
It hits all the areas I really want to emphasize on my upper body.

It is getting to be that dreaded time of the month
PMS
I ate a lot of carbs today, but didn't go overboard as tend to do at this time.
Well, there will plenty of time for that as the month progresses.
Viva La PMS!

Egg & Egg White, Scrambled

Lean Cuisine Chicken Club
Chips

Dinner
Spaghetti and Meatballs
Bread
I Can't Believe It'S Not Butter Light

Oh, and one Peanut Butter Cookie
The PMS monster must be appeased!
