Exercise
6 mile run
In honor of my 90 day milestone I went out for a run for the third day in a row.
Let me tell ya, I wont make that mistake again anytime soon.
I was so freaking sore that I never fully warmed up and my
feet and lower legs protested the entire six miles.
So, what are my feelings about my progress after these three months?
Mixed.
On the one hand, I am disappointed in myself for not losing more pounds (about 12),
On the other hand I am in better physical condition than I have been in for years.
My clothes
(not my skinny clothes, my middle of the closet, not-so-skinny clothes)
fit for the first time in a while.
AND
I get compliments from my friends and, more importantly, my husband.
I can live with that.

Dinner
Pork Chop
Applesauce
Don't ask me where the damn picture is, camera gremlins got it, I guess.
