Exercise
6 mile run
P90X - Arms and Shoulders
When my husband runs with me he calls me "The Tortoise"
as in The Tortoise And The Hare.
I may be slow, but I'm steady and I just keep putting one foot in front of the other.
Also threw in some P90X for my upper body.
A good workout day.

Breakfast
1 Egg + 1 Egg White, Scrambled
1/2 Orowheat Sandwich Thin

French Onion Soup
Scallops
(Looks better than it was.)

Snack
Apple
Peanut Butter
Dinner
Steak
1/2 Baked Potato
Caesar Salad
(My camera batteries were dead.)

Dessert
Lemon Pie
Again, dammit.
