Day 20 - On The Run

August 1, 2009

Exercise
2 1/2(?) mile run with the dogs.

No time for a full workout today, just ran with the dogs and went a little further than usual.
I need to use Google to map a 3 mile route for the days I want to just run.

Mongolian Beef

Chocolate Cake

I had to include that beer with my food because it so dark and rich it was like food.
It's called Tahoe Blue Ale from a local micro-brewry. It doesn't even have a label so I couldn't say what the calories were-but damn was it good!
