Day 22 - Weigh Day

162.5
Another 2 pounds down - 7 total in 3 weeks.
I would like it go a little faster so, I had better lay off the fattening foods, like the fried shrimp and the chili burger. This is where the See Food Diary is most effective, when I wonder why I only lost 2 pounds this week, I look back and can spot the reason why immediately. There is no excusing it or rationalizing it away-it's right there in living color.

Exercise
Ran around the park chasing after Daisy, she loves to play chase.
P90X - Chest, Shoulders, Triceps
This workout is all about the push-ups, it always kicks my ass.

A good week overall.
My plan for the next week is to increase my running distances and, of course, to eat better.
I want to lose at least 3 pounds next week.
