P90X - Shoulders and Arms
I found an online pedometer to log exactly how far I walk, jog, run every morning with the dogs.
I learned that I had been over-estimating the distance of some routes and under-estimating others. Now I map out a route the night before and have a goal to shoot for in the morning.
Shoulders and Arms is a killer (aren't they all?) workout. I've got nice biceps going on, my triceps though not "diamonds of gold" are really getting definition. I would like to see more development in my shoulders and, of course, lose some of the arm fat so,
my hard work will be more visible.
