Day 39 - Chili Today, Hot Tamale

Exercise
What exercise?

I did take the dogs to the park, but tried not to run around too much-
I had zero energy for some reason.

Breakfast
Leftover Fried Rice
(Forgot to take the picture.)

Lunch
Lean Cuisine
I can't remember what it was called but it had 180 calories.

Snack
Apple
Peanut Butter

Dinner
Chili
Baked Potato
Cheese
Lite Sour Cream

To make the chili relatively low-fat,
I brown the ground beef well and then drain and rinse it with hot water.
It cooked all day in the slow cooker and turned out great.
