Day 38 - Dinner Date

Exercise
Running in the park with Daisy
P90X - Chest, Shoulders and Triceps
2 Mile treadmill run - 22:45

Lately with all the running I've been doing, I have tended to stick to the P90X upper body workouts. I know I should do Ab Ripper more often, but God, I hate that one. I would rather run an extra mile or three and tell myself that that is an ab workout. Well, IT IS!

No, I did not eat all of that myself!
In fact there were even leftovers.

Re: the iPhone pics, they are orientated properly in MY file,
but when I post them to Blogger they get sideways. Go figure.
