Day 21 - Sticks To Your Ribs

Exercise
3 mile jog with dogs
1 mile treadmill 10:30

It was Sunday so a little jogging/running was enough. I also worked in yard a little and splashed around in the pool for a while

Lean Cuisine Chicken Alfredo
Parmesan Cheese

Snack
Apple
Farmer Cheese w/
Balsamic Vinegar

Dinner
Baby Back Ribs
Roasted Potato Salad w/
Bacon Vinaigrette

Desert
Chocolate Cake

I dove into those ribs so fast I forgot to take the picture. I ended up eating four of them and the potato salad was heavenly, hard to control myself-even on the night before weigh in. Ahhhh
