Well, here I am, or is that my mother?
Because that cannot possibly be my double chin.

I make a point to never let anybody see this side view of me.
A three quarters view is most slimming, or so I heard.

Breakfast
One scrambled egg
Two chunks of cantaloupe
The cantaloupe is from my vegetable garden.

Fullbar
Feeling full is a problem for me.
I bought a box at Costco.
They were cheap, so I'll give them a try.

Lunch
Two carne asada tacos with
tomatoes (from the garden) and cilantro
Not much difference here just no cheese or sour cream.

Snack
One apple
Spoonful of peanut butter
I use Laura Schudders natural brand it tastes so much better than Skippy.

Fullbar

Dinner
One grilled pork loin chop
Sauteed apples and onions
Small scoop of farfale
