Day 5 - Variation On A Theme

Exercise
2 mile dog walk
P90X - Ab Ripper X

Didn't have much time to work out, so 20 minutes of abs was the perfect workout.
5 months ago I could not do most of the moves in this workout, now I can hang through most of it. I am pretty slow on some of the harder moves like the V- up roll- up so I don't make the whole 25 reps, but who cares, I'm doin' it aren't I?

Fullbar

I skipped breakfast so I was ready for my bar.
Chocolate today. I like the peanut butter more.

Balsamic chicken
1/2 tomato

Tasted better than it looked, but that's not sayin' much, cause it looks awful.

Cantaloupe

Tri-tip

Asparagus

I had a popsicle before bed-forgot to take a picture. It was only 80 calories.

Repetition and boredom are diet killers, so I need to get more creative to to keep from slipping off the wagon. Maybe a different fruit than cantaloupe?
