Exercise:
2 mile dog walk
Treadmill 2 miles - 26 minutes

Refried beans
Garden tomato
I mash canned pinto beans to make my own fat free refried beans.
They are far better than any brand of refried beans, and cheaper too.

Cottage cheese
Cantaloupe

Dinner
Chef salad
Lettuce
Ham
Egg
Feta cheese
Cherry tomatoes
Vinaigrette w/
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 tablespoons vinegar
Teaspoon dijon mustard
That is a luncheon plate, so that salad is not nearly as big as it looks.
The Fullbars really are filling, I didn't finish all of my lunch or dinner. And no chocolate cake!
