Exercise
2 mile dog walk
Took the day off from working out.
After going out and visiting with Mr. Daniels the night before,
I was more interested in eating and resting.

Breakfast
Steak Tacos W/
Tomatoes
Queso Fresco
Refried Beans

Lunch
Grilled Tofu
Rice
Edamame

Snack
Cheetos
(Relax they're only 170 calories!)

Dinner
Grilled Pork Chop
Steamed Potato
Steamed Corn
All kidding about Mr. Daniels aside, it is important to take a day of rest after a hard week of working out. It gives your body a chance to recharge and recover so that you don't get exhausted and burned out.
