Exercise
30 Minute Express - Total Body
Took Daisy and Dude to the park to play then came and wanted a quick workout so I got out this old dvd workout. It's a little dated looking with the ladies in their matching aerobics outfits, but it is killer little workout. I had to put down my weights a couple times to be able to get through the one minute sequence. I was drenched in sweat when it was over, so mission accomplished.

Yes, I eat desert once in a while; always something small. Sweets are not my weakness, cheese, chips, creamy dressings and sauces, those are the things I miss most.
