Exercise:
2 mile dog walk
P90X - Chest, Shoulders and Triceps
One of my favorite workouts even though I can't do all the fancy push-ups!

Breakfast
One scrambled egg
Two cantaloupe chunks

Snack
Can of V-8
I add some Benefiber to it for a fiber boost.

Lunch
Steamed cod fillet
Steamed rice
Steamed beets and baby carrots w/ beet greens
Lemon and soy sauce
The veggies are from my garden.

Snack
Apple
Peanut butter

Dinner
Roast beef
Steamed potato
Steamed asparagus
Cantaloupe

Dessert
Chocolate cake
You can guess which slice is mine.
I skipped the Fullbars to see if it made a difference and I did miss them. I was full after lunch but it did not last, so by the time I had my apple I was really hungry. Dinner was filling but afterward I rationalized that I could have the piece of cake because I didn't eat the 170 calorie Fullbar. Hmmmm I think I'll stick with the Fullbars for now.
