Day 9 - KoKo*

Exercise
2 mile dog walk
P90X - chest and back

This workout is all push-ups and pull-ups. I am getting pretty good at the push-ups, but I doubt that I will ever be successful at pull-ups. I couldn't even do them when I was a kid.
Thank God for the Bowflex

Breakfast
Rice Crispies
1% milk

Lunch
Chicken "fried" rice w/
Edamame
Egg

Snack
Cottage cheese
Nectarine

Dinner
Steak
Grilled corn
Salad
Tomato
Vinaigrette

Dessert
Blueberry crisp
