Day 4 - Hanging In There

2 mile dog walk
P90X - Legs & Back

Legs and back is a great workout. They should call it legs, butt and back, 'cause that's where you feel it. All those squats and lunges! I don't have a pull-up bar, so I do the back work on the Bowflex. Right now I am doing 100 lb pull-downs, when I started it was more like 60 lbs. Progress.

I have one more cantaloupe left from the garden, and it will be a while before the next crop comes in, I'll miss them.

The eggplant and zuchinni are from the garden. And, no, I didn't eat the skin.
