Day 11 - Because, Dammit, I Deserved Them!

2 mile dog walk
3 miles treadmill - 34:25

I set my goal at 36 minutes, so I'm pretty happy about that time. With a little warm up time I was at an 11 minute pace for most of it. 410 calories burned.

Rib Eye Steak
French Fries
Grilled Artichoke
Mayo/Dijon Sauce

Yes, those are fries on my plate, just a few and they were de-licious!
